Rich Monahan	General	They weren't purchased FROM B&O but kinda purchased BY B&O (and NJ Dept of Transportation). Idea was that if CNJ ever finally went belly up, B&O would take ownership, so that's why they painted it in B&O Colors. Started the hole navy/gold CNJ color scheme, thankfully!!!!
